Neighborhood Cleanup
Quarterly cleanups to take back our roadsides from illegal dumping.
Illegal dumping degrades property values, attracts pests, and contaminates soil and water. Our quarterly neighborhood cleanups bring residents together to clear roadsides, vacant lots, and canal banks. Gloves, water, trash bags, and safety vests provided.
When
Quarterly — spring, late summer, and fall. Meet at the community board at 8:00 AM. See the calendar for the next date.
What to Bring
Sturdy boots, long sleeves, a hat, and sunscreen. We supply gloves, bags, grabbers, water, and safety vests.
Adopt a Road
Beyond the quarterly cleanups, residents can adopt a road segment and walk it monthly. Email the coalition to sign up.
