Montura Festivals - Coming Soon · For wildlife and conservation lovers
Montura Ranch & Wildlife Expo
Showcasing the wildlife, habitat, and conservation work happening right here in Montura.
Montura sits next to some of the most important wildlife habitat in the state. The Ranch & Wildlife Expo brings together the biologists, ranchers, hunters, conservationists, and agencies who actually work the land — so residents can meet them, ask questions, and understand what's at stake. This is where you find out what really lives in your backyard, and who's working to keep it that way.
What it could be
- Booths from Florida Fish & Wildlife, Audubon, ranching associations, and local conservation groups.
- Live raptor and reptile presentations from licensed educators.
- Habitat tours, native plant demos, and gopher tortoise & panther talks.
- Working ranchers explaining how cattle land protects wildlife corridors.
- Hands-on stations: tracks, calls, water quality testing, and habitat maps.
Highlights
- • Live wildlife presentations (raptors, reptiles, native species)
- • Conservation agencies and ranching groups under one tent
